This one is unclear to me, you have latest x86 LU patch.
coudl you run the luactivate in debug mode
export LU_DEBUG_OVERRIDE=20
for a start and send the output on, should have some data of interest to
indicate the issue.

I have added a new zone (babylon5) to the machine. So, the machine now
