Gotcha -- thought you meant Google Docs just for remote stuff or something.
 But even in same room, using Google Docs for code and paper for diagrams,
etc.  That works for me.

Coffee shops would be obvious easy places to meet.  They can be a little
loud, but they stay open later than SPL.  Does SPL have meeting areas that
are for collaboration? (purposely saying "areas" here to differentiate from
meeting "rooms" that might require ahead-of-time reservation).
