From the error message, the kernel is loading, and it is trying to mount the root file system from partition 15 on the SCSI drive.
I guess what I realy need to know is exactly how you are booting the system. Do you hae a Linux boot floppy in the floppy drive? If so, where did this floppy come from? What happens if you boot the system without a floppy in the drive? I am not sure exactly what you did, but it sounds like you have managed to wipe out the partition table on the internel SCSI drive. The fact that Linux no longer works, and that W2K can no longer see the drive points in this direction. Depending on what you did, you may be able to recover from this. Or you may deside it is easyer to reinstall Linux.
