Artur Barashev has refreshed the contents of this pull request, and previous 
commits have been removed. The incremental views will show differences compared 
to the previous content of the PR. The pull request contains one new commit 
since the last revision:

  - Check signature schemes that are enabled specifically for the handshake 
when HANDSHAKE_SCOPE is specified
  - Update copyright
  - Update HTTPS tests that are broken because we also fix JDK-8350807 on the 
server side as a side-effect
