Because tests may need to be written ahead of time, when the
application does not work yet. Also,
I'd very, very much like the resulting script to be immune to
technical changes such as changing <input name="h_firstname"> to
<input name="userinfo[firstname]">. Overall there is an issue of
return on investment in my target: the more cumbersome the activity of
writing functional tests, the less the framework will actually be used
(insofar as my sentence makes any sense in english :-)).
