The only concern about this approach is that if the UAS maintains a
nonce timeout, then it will again break for calls where the duration
exceeds this timeout. I just know about the possibility to set the nonce
timeout in Kamailio, guess it can be set on other switches as well. So
it's a good quick fix for now, but looking forward being able to
re-negotiate it properly when necessary.

51cae30 add wait_for_bye_transaction config parameter, fixes auth of BYE
in 1.4 branch this should work. It adds a configuration parameter
wait_for_bye_transaction=yes|no which defaults to no - so it must be
explicitely enabled.
