It is an easy repair.  The timing cover does not need to come off.  Just
loosen all the belts remove passenger wheel and the small plastic shield
behind it and you will see the crank pulley.  Loosen the belt with the
adjusting wheel next to the pulley and remove the bolt from the pulley with
an impact wrench and remove pulley.  You will them see the seal pry it out
and install a new one.  The only difficult part is getting to the
powersteering belt adjuster.
