That is right.. it takes all of 15-30 min to do it.. Anyone can change that 
seal.. this is a common problem with both the 1.6ltr and the 2.0ltr.. I had 
to change my deal after 28k.... the dealership said it is a flaw in the 
design.. but not hard to fix.
