The cold air system definitely pulls the cold air in, mine runs nice in the 
cold air and this winter will be cold.  I pulled the neg battery off and 
reset it so the ECU knows the denser air its getting, since mine is a 92, it 
has no temp sensor, so the ECU doesn't correct for that.  Colder air is 
denser O2 and the fuel burns better.
