Kenichi is right.  You need to fix the rest of the system right first before even 
worry about tweaking and tuning with an EQ.  Especially when you think one channel of 
the amp is not working right.  It sounds like you need a cross-over far greater than 
you need an EQ.  Is there anybody out there that would agree with me that we should 
not introduce another noise-inducing unit to the system, unless the system works 
perfectly.
