OK now I really must be taken off this list! after hearing someone say that
they seen a MODIFIED mustang run 14.6's haha,,, what was modified about the
mustang anyway?? Did it have a sticker on the back windows with Calvin
pissing on a Nissan Emblem! haha J/K The poor idiot that drove that thing
must have not been knowing how to drive.
Anyways I just find that story a lil hard to believe,, This is not at all
intended to be a flame. I'm just stating that I find it hard to believe,,
Heck my car 91 GT Convertible (heaviest mustang of that year) ran 13.72 with
a stock motor and on street tires & I have the timeslips to prove it!. Now
with simple heads cam and a intake I'm in the 12's and with a lil N20 I'm
going low 11's
And before you go saying that I'm a Ford basher,, I also own a Nissan,, 87
Sentra Wagon to be precise,, with its own list of mods! Rebuilt engine with
9.5:1 compression, Headers, Reworked carb, Full exhaust, 15inch rims, and
some custom touches and after dumping a lil money in the car I still have to
say its the slowest thing I've ever gotten in. But love the car none the
less cause it could out handle the stang on its best day and get more MPG.
So what do GA16DET cars do in the 1/4 mile stock anyway?? 15's 16's? Cause
my ford ranger with a lil 2.9L and 4.10's in the rear goes 16.2's. and on N20
probably low 15's to high 14's but havent tries that route yet.
