Ans: Yes, he just bought the car Tuesday and got work done to it Friday morning, so
he was testing it out at the track.

Ans: Well the thing is no one really knows what the full potential of a turbo charged
1.6L will do until now. I have pics of the Japanese Bee-R racing 1.6L and they say
they run 15.3's with it. Since I can't read Japanese as yet, I do not know how much
boost they were using.
