I remember reading a post saying that our GA16DE's had cylinder heads meant for
economy. Well I thought I might pull my head off and have it hot-tanked and replace
the gasket, while at the same time having it milled down and possibly ported an
polished. When done I might also add an SE-R throttle bodie and fuel pressure
regulator to help a little. Is this worth doing. The place has a good reputation but
mostly deals with V8 motors, but said they would love to give it a shot. With
basically this and CAI and Header/Exhaust will I see a worthwhile gain? In the future
I would love to ad a JW ECU and Cams. How much should I have milled off? And since I
will be running a 55 shot of Zex Nitrous will I need to pay more attention to certain
details? If there is anything else I forgot to ask that you feel is needed to be known
please add it.
Thanx,
