Don't know about the quality issue.  To me, that's just bullshit to have 
that bad of fitment problems.  I thought my Place Racing was bad.  For one 
thing, the welds on the CAI.  I finally got a chance to see them.  I don't 
like the fact that they couldn't spend the extra minute to sand them down 
and make them look nicer.  Place Racing does this.  First impressions make a 
big difference and if Mike's first impression was a bad one, you are going 
to lose repeat customers.  Word of mouth is also a strong medium to get your 
name out there.

About contacting them, your best bet is to call them.  They are flaky about 
replying to emails.

This is not a flame to Hotshot though.  They make very good products but 
they have big issues with their cold air intakes for the B13.
