i have a 97 200sx and its now time for smog. would i pass with my PR intake
and exhaust??? i went to a shop and they said if it doesn't say carb they
would have to fail it. so could i still register my car if i don't pass
smog. i would put my stock intake but i ran over the air box. would my
stillen intake pass since its a k&n? do i have to pay any penalties to the
dmv if i don't pass? this may sound stupid but would the ur pulley have any
effect on smog??
