No. If you fail,chances are that you would have to see
the DMV Referee. Something you *DO NOT* want to do.

No.
Provided you car is in a good state of tune,you should
have NO problems passing the tail pipe emissions.
I've personally seen SE-R's with ALL the bolts ons AND
ECU pass the rolling dyno smog test.
