You have various options. As you had suggested in one of your own bug
reports, "tell James to forward them to the original destination address but
with some prefix telling the user the following message has been flagged as
SPAM." All you'd really need is a simple mailet for adding a subject
prefix.
Alternatively, you could add a header, e.g., X-SPAM: YES, using the
AddHeader mailet, and filter on the client based upon that header.
