Well, I tried switching my port over to 4500. Now I can access it. Unfortunately I don't think I get a proper response because my email client cannot use it to send mail. When my email client tests it though, it seems like its going to work fine. Also, I can telnet into it (port 4500) from home and it lets me connect.
