can you give us the IP so we can try from another place. Maybe your
ADSL/cable/internet provider block you (not the hosting provider).

If yuor recipient have a domain that you listed in <servernames> then
there is no need to use AUTH. JAMES can always receive mail destinated
to its own users.

If you want to use JAMES as a relay server or a submission server then
you have to use AUTH. Yes. SMTP Requires Authentication is what you need.
