This was mentioned some time ago on ServletExec's mailing list. The
response was that they set that up some time back (using some
commercial package, I think), and that it was working fine, so why
mess with it. Additionally, they (semi-jokingly) asked if customers
preferred that they spend time changing their site over to servlets or
working on fixes and new features for ServletExec. Guess which one
the customers preferred :-).
In addition, there are lots of things on Sun's site that doesn't use
servlets.
