I don't think there'll be much support for moderation -- at least, not
when it comes time for someone to volunteer to be the moderator :-).
I'm not sure it's really been specifically discussed, but I think the
Sun people have clearly indicated they don't want to go in that
direction.  They have hinted at a bit of self-moderation, which is how
I would classify my recent efforts.
