I also think that a decent FAQ is a must, I was very impressed by the
usefulness of the JSP FAQ (http://www.esperanto.org.nz/jsp/jspfaq.html) as it
quickly answered some of my questions in a rapidly changing environment.
Although it is polite to have the links to the archives etc. at the bottom of
the list messages, I think that the time has come to have a link at the top to
the FAQ site to make it easier for newbies to find the answers to the questions
we have all answered again and again and again :-)
