TOMCAT_HOME needs a DIRECTORY, not a PATH... Don't move your servlet.jar all
around the place, and simply type EXAXTLY this...
set TOMCAT_HOME=C:\PROGRA~1\APACHE~1\JAKARTA-TOMCAT
And run the baby, it'll work.
