I am fairly new to Java and briefly looked at certification a couple months ago. It
seemed geared more towards applet and application programmers than servlet
programmers. (I could be wrong on this.) I would be interested in getting certified,
if I thought it was beneficial.

Is there a lot of servlet programmers out there that have Java Certification or are
pursuing Java Certification? Has anyone ever seen it required or recommended for a
job coding servlets?
