How do you feel about giving blanket permission for your personal
information to be shared to anyone Sun sees fit, including your tax number
(SSN in the US)?

That's what kept me from considering it.  You have to agree to that in the
US in order to buy the exam, and you have to disclose that information as
part of the "exam".
