because Java is not only a language, not only includes lib-classes:
Java also includes JVM which can run over OSs, and Java includes
many good results of the research of software-engineering, so:

public class Java extends C++ implements ..., ..., ...,...{
    Java is "idealistic"
    Java is the poem of post-industry(or post-post-industry)    :-)
    I hope Java will be another IP  :-)
