I don't know.  3D Secure as the new name seems to be supports things that
looks pretty new to me.

I believe we both received a confidential doccument the other day that confirms
all my previous statements except the mobile-phone thing pretty well.

www.mobiletransaction.org does refer to 3D-SET as an urgent item BTW.
