just make sure you connected to the internet like you normally would and seti will do the rest through a dos box. You'll notice a vast increase in performance. I have a Duron 650 with 384MB RAM and using the graphics client it took me 12 -14 hours per work unit. Using the text based client it now only take me 8 - 9 hours per work unit.
