Running seti without anyone noticing

I wanted to try to contribue to this list so I am submitting my idea of running the 
CLI without
anyone noticing except by checking the CPU usage.  

It is done on NT/2000 machines.  It involves the use of a .bat file and the AT 
command.  Would
this be of value to this list?
