copy SETI.EXE C:\winnt (Along with all the other seti files)
copy instsrv.exe C:\winnt
copy srvany.exe C:\winnt

At a DOS prompt:
instsrv Seti C:\winnt\srvany.exe

REGEDIT [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Seti]
I created a key/folder under the seti key called 'parameters'
inside that key I created a string value 'Application' = C:\winnt\SETI.EXE
I then created another string value of 'AppDirectory' = C:\winnt

I rebooted and BANG seti was running auto-MAGICALLY.
net start seti
net stop seti
both work on this application.

There is a kill.exe also found on the NT Resource Kit that allows you to
kill processes on remote computers. This works very well in a batch file for
terminating the process on multiple PCs. Hope this helps...
