Yes I will look at that, but the Sip account seems to connect OK and the 
sip accounts are both shown in the list.

With reference to the config not being written on close; investigation 
shows that if I open kde client and change some configuration settings, 
the config file is saved correctly. When I quit the client the config 
file is saved again incorrectly! Very strange
