I think I have a clue as to what is going on.
If I close the KDE client with the window restored (showing) then the
file sflphone-client-kderc is written correctly (more or less - there
are still some issues with the placement of the window).
If I close the KDE client with the window minimised to the taskbar then
the file sflphone-client-kderc is written incorrectly as below.
I still have some problems with the old issue of "No registered
accounts" when my sip account has been registered by the daemon. It
seems to be corrected after a short time (about 45 seconds) so it may be
that it is a polling the daemon or whatever too early and then waiting
for a long time. (if that makes sense)
On another issue sflphoned seems to be stopping correctly at the moment,
after the client exits.
