No it's not. It's listed as "4.2". The correct version is 4.2.XXX where XXX is the build number. Since Sun doesn't release actual patches for SGD but instead rebuilds the whole thing. The only way to find out what the latest build is, is to download it. According to that press release, the source for SGD is supposed to become available too. Is that going to happen? I think Sun at least owes the public an explanation of why the change to SGD's licensing model. There was certainly fanfair when it was made available.
