why not use a boot diskette to format the HDD, hook on to the internal lan,
and run a FTP server that would accept all the files and configs, then place
them in the correct directories
your windows app would create the above boot disk, configure the STN, then
transfer the files via FTP to the STN
this would keep STN's HW requirements down (no bootable cdrom or CDR needed
to create the system)
