I don't mind *using* a site in RoR. But I think it would be silly for any of
us to go too much out of the way to *write* a site, at least not an entire
one.
We know that Trac works okay. I'm just personally bothered about how
un-personable it is to the average passerby. (Mono has a much prettier
welcome page...)
And I repeat myself only for clarity, (not for persistence), there are
commercial products that we can get free licenses for, like Jira (which I
can vouch works well).
