Hey Bruce,

What would you need me to do? A feature list perhaps? Then I can work out
an estimate on the amount of time it will take me.

Work is keeping me rather busy, so maybe use Trac/whatnot for now until I
can complete it. Expect AJAX and RESTful endpoints and flashy goodness :).

So what do we have:

  o Bug Tracking
    o Assigned To
    o Title
    o Description
o Status (Started -> Assigned -> In Progress -> Completed)
    o Date for each status

  o WIKI
    o Ditto
    o *Uploads*!!!

  o Blog
    o Ditto

  o Project Progress
o Awesome progress chart moving from MS1 -> MSX :).

This will be a Rails job, so expect maintainable code like you have never
seen before (it's kinda hard to write bad code in Ruby :). I think in the
end we will need a CVS/Bug Tracker built on top of #OS... Which I would
definitely enjoy writing: but then we need to nail down some hosts.
