Do you have access to a wideband sensor and gauge?  I ask because the  
stock narrow bands can give you weird readings once they go out of  
their range.

Have the injectors been checked?  Cleaned?

Sounds like you need to bump up the base pressure until it is happy or  
put in a bigger set of injectors and turn the pressure down a little.

Do you have access to a scan tool that you can use to watch some of  
the sensor inputs?
