I would at least throw some +20s on there. You'll be moving a lot more air 
with that big swingvalve and exhaust. I never tried the stock injectors but 
with +20s I could only get my air-fuel ratio to about 12.5:1 which is a bit 
lean. I was also running a manual boost controler at about 18 psi. 
 
That was my experience anyway. There are a lot more knowledgable people out 
there than me though.
 
I switched to DSM injectors and now I have plenty of fuel. I wouldn't try 
stock injectors with the 3 inch SV and exhaust. Those pistons crack real 
easy.  Do you have anything to monitor your air fuel ratio and boost with?

Sorry for hi-jacking but, I'm working on putting my '87 CSX back together 
and I was planning to use a 3" swingvalve and exhaust with a stock turbo and 
injectors.  I have the csx mopar performance logic module (stage 1 ???).  
This will cause a lean condition????  Please explain.  Sorry for being dumb.
