Yep, I think the DDK is finally dead.
First it got renamed to WDK, and then WDK became unavailable for download.

The download week was there a few days ago. I couldn't finish download but
now the link is just gone.

It's reasons like this why I prefer FOSS, such as Shoes itself and mingw,
over proprietary tools, even when they are free of charge. :(
