Would it be a good idea to borrow from Firefox and elsewhere and
have a "check for updates" option built in? Doesn't help the
versions out there now, of course. I'm glad that you don't have to
subscribe to anything to get the download, so I'd avoid *that* sort
of thing. It's one thing to grab a program people generally trust,
you virus scanned, etc, another to sign up for (email alerts,
another password to forget, ...).

Is there a place people can look for the known ones, so they don't
doubly, triply, k'ly report them? Any way to have a Big Visible Chart
online so people can see what's happening? I've not got into Twitter,
but that might be useful for those that are.
