Hah!   Sure thing. I'll run right down to remeasure. Wait a while. I'll be right back.   Dunn's? They sold crap under their own brand names; "Cougar" was one of them. They also advertised the "best prices in Southern California" but prices for OEM stuff were the same as everyone else's prices. I agree though that the return/exchange policy was/is pretty good, although its been modified somewhat. I bought a used BBB driver from them for a customer of mine. He couldn't find a 10� firm anywhere else other than Dunn's. I had developed a relationship with a salesguy at RD's in Santa Ana. So I got the club for a little over their cost and sold it to the guy for a few bucks over what I paid for it, which was significantly under what the guy would have had to pay. The guy tried to take it back to Dunn's and exchange it for what was the original full retail price. My salesguy called me to ask what the hell was going on. I told the salesguy to tell the customer to go to hell. The customer comes back to me. He's now pissed at RD and at me! I told him to stick the club you know where. Had he simply bought the club from RD and later returned it, they would gladly have exchanged it for another item. Since it was used originally he would have gotten full price. However, the guy tried to pull a fast one and got caught out. Both RD and I lost a customer we didn't want or need.
