Your right with your interpetation of the Patents. It would be a stretch to apply the 
second one to the SC head and it would be impossible to apply the first, as it shows a 
bent shaft. Nickent sent me a copy of the lawsuit but I can't locate it at this time. 
It was against Adams and Bobels sporting goods filed in Cleveland District court.
BTW I use Delphion to view patents.
