It really doesn't matter. It's their problem.
Why don't you ask if you can modify another driver by drilling and tapping screw holes, where to drill the holes, how much should the screws weigh, what kind of equipment you need to do this, where to buy it and how much will it cost? Don't forget to ask what type of payment is acceptable, how long delivery takes and most of all is there another place to make the purchase for less!
Conclude the discussion by writing that you really don't have the funds available to make the necessary purchase and "just wanted to know" how to do it.
