Wow, we are in trouble here! The ferrule has to be cut off first, the job requires a shaft extractor or at least the pry bar method! Hand pressure makes me think you don't have a shaft extractor. There is no pin. I'm not poking fun at you here. You need to do some review of the basics. Let's start with what tools do you have available?
