ShopTalk: Has anyone had anyone played Fairfield Glade?

My golf friends & I are considering a package from Fairfield Glade near  Crossville, Tennessee.  The courses we are considering are: Bear Trace  Deer Creek Heatherhearst Lake Tansi   Does anyone know anything about these courses?   Also as an engineer who likes to know how things truly work, I really enjoy the expertise & discussion of this group.
