a) It looks like you have tried to configure a two-interface firewall
although your computer only has one IPv4 interface (ppp0).

b) ppp0 isn't mentioned at all in your configuration.

Please:

a) Delete everything in /etc/shorewall
b) Now follow the step-by-step instructions at
http://www.shorewall.net/standalone.htm
