openssh is known, documented, and stable. SHR would need a tool with 
such quality, disregarding its footprint (if not exagerated). I would 
vote for it then.

Also standard key format is important IMHO. We may use that later to 
pair with other wifi devices.

Indeed, this is a must-have and it deserves its place. dropbear is still 
available for those who want to do some optimizations.
