Yep, it's a pity that this is still not working reliably, I agree. Although WiFi works on those hotspots I use, and *I* don't have the need for PIM synchronization, I can see why others would need it. > > If that works for you > > don't update until a shr-stable is annouced on the blog (which is > > really > > not high volume). > I don't have time to poll the blog either. Is there an announcements > mailing list or an RSS feed for releases only? http://blog.shr-project.org/atom.xml Our blog had 2 posts since November, all related to software updates. If that is too much for you, I can't really help it :-). > For sure, hence why I was asking if there is some method of notifying > people when there is such a thing. We could file a trac bug "release milestone 1" which gets closed when it's released. You can 'cc yourself to that ticket if you are interested in just that announcement. I actually just created such a ticket: http://trac.shr-project.org/trac/ticket/1073 > By synchronization, I'd like my contacts and perhaps calendar as well to > synchronize with Evolution. My Palm pilot from nearly a decade ago could > do that. I don't see that happening for the first milestone though. But others might have other priorities and plans. This is volunteer driven open source... Sebastian _______________________________________________ Shr-User mailing list [email protected] http://lists.shr-project.org/mailman/listinfo/shr-user
