I believe the correct config is as I described just above (i.e. 00, 44
and 0).  I would guess that it's only not fully "working" because the
software needs enhancing...

And talking of software enhancements, another contact-y thing.  Is it
possible to easily send a contact's details - as a vcard, or whatever -
in an SMS to another person?  If not, is anyone working on this?
