I can confirm that happens sometimes - when apps crash. I use the AUX button twice to bring the home screen and hide it. That fixes it, too. > > * There is no immediate feedback after clicking the "Send" button to > send an SMS, so I am left thinking that maybe I didn't press the > button properly. That, and the messages appear as "received" in the messages app if I click the button multiple times. Just one of them is shown as sent. Another "no feedback" problem is in SHR-settings: after re-enabling GSM if for some reason it can't log in, I get no message. Any messages about being unable to log in were irrelevant to the success of logging in. If the "operators" dialog fails, there's no feedback either. > > * If I am away from my home country, and send an SMS to a contact with a > local UK telephone number, I would expect the FR to automatically > convert that number to international form. When I store my contacts in international form and get a local UK number call, the contact name is never resolved. Strangely, I never remember that happening before I went to UK. What I would like to be done instead is separate user dictionaries for differents languages chosen. Currently, the dictionary effectively looks through words in all languages I'm using, because all words I typed are kept together. If there are a couple more people wanting this feature, I will (try to) implement it myself. > > Regards, > Neil Cheers, rhn _______________________________________________ Shr-User mailing list [email protected] http://lists.shr-project.org/mailman/listinfo/shr-user
